The hotel provides an excellent stay with rooms exactly as pictured and a nice balcony. The service feels like home, but there may be occasional issues. The location is away from the crowd, but a bit far from most places. The dining experience may lack variety, and the location makes getting around a challenge.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room allowed me to freshen up before my meeting at 11 am but had burnt holes, lacking excitement and needed more decor. Service varied drastically from perfect to disgraceful, including poor handling at reception. The location, although professional, was a bit isolated in Dubai Science Park. Dining was a letdown due to limited food variety and issues with taxis. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had some unique features not commonly seen in Canada, with excellent room amenities but lacking furniture on the balcony. The service was exceptional, with a dedicated team providing great assistance and hospitality. The location, while away from busy areas in Dubai, had maintenance issues with the pool area. The dining experience was subpar with limited variety. Overall, a mixed experience with notable highlights and drawbacks.
